The George VI Study Group objectives are to expand and make more widely available the body of philatelic knowledge and postal history relating to postage stamps issued and used in Canada and Newfoundland during the reign of King George VI (1937-52).
In support of these objectives the George VI Study Group is creating a comprehensive bibliography of philatelic references, currently in its 4th Edition, to assist Study Group members. Web site visitors are invited to follow the link KGVI Bibliography to view Edition 1 of the Bibliography.
In addition to encouraging members to publish original articles in the Study Group’s newsletter, "The Post & Mail", the Study Group also assists members to assemble and publish Study Papers in their specialized areas of philately. Links to selected Study Papers are posted below from time to time as a service to Study Group members.
